2 months of 16-hour days later, my design has notes
My Generator sacral is screaming two opposite things today:
'Uh-huh' to creative work (the energy is THERE for it)
'Uh-uh' to any more output (my body is DONE after 2 months of 16+ hour days)
Classic Generator burnout situation - my sacral still responds with excitement to creative projects, but my BODY is depleted from not honoring rest cycles.
Been running on pure generative energy for 8 weeks building this business. Now I have 9 days before going back to full-time work and my split definition can't figure out if I should:
  • Create while I still have time (Circuit 1 says yes)
  • Rest before the transition (Circuit 2 says please stop)
  • Both? Neither? Why aren't these parts talking to each other?
The 3/5 profile adds extra fun - experimenting with 'how much can I actually do' (3) while projected as someone who has it all figured out (5).
Turns out the experiment's conclusion is: Generators can bypass rest temporarily, but the burnout bill always comes due.
My sacral wants to make things. My nervous system needs to stop. My design is teaching me the hard way that satisfaction requires BOTH response AND sustainability.
Any other Generators learn this lesson the exhausting way?
