Welcome to the Functional Medicine Mastermind!!!
In this quick one-minute read, I'll break down what and who this community is for, how to get acquainted, and a few ground rules to ensure the long-term stability and health of the community.
Stick around till the end, I have an easy action item for you!
This community is specifically for functional medicine practitioners who are looking to grow and connect so they can have the greatest possible impact on their patients and community.
Feel free to talk about anything relating to health and the profession:
- Yourself, your practice, your lessons, your personal journey
- Ideas, perspectives, information, technology
- Patients, and their conditions (with anonymity, of course)
- Business, growing and managing a functional health practice
- Help, asking for guidance
Above are only a few ideas, feel free to talk about whatever feels natural. As certain topics repeatedly pop up, I'll create categories. Categories are sections of the community solely dedicated to specific topics. You'll find them at the top of the page, underneath the "write something box" and right above this post.
To ensure this community thrives, there are a few rules EVERYONE must follow.

✅ Speak from experience or evidence. Share your thoughts, but please distinguish between opinions, hypotheses, and facts.
✅ Protect privacy. Do not share client or patient-identifying information
✅ Keep discourse substantive. Low-effort posts, spam, and noise are removed.
✅ Disagreements are permitted; bad faith is not. Argue ideas, not identities.

Violation of the rules in red "Don'ts" will result in a ban (permanent IP & device ban). Violation of the rules in green "Do's" will result in the removal of a post or a permanent ban, depending on the severity.
