you're overwhelmed because you have this 1 belief..
The reason you constantly feel overwhelmed is not because of your unique situation.
It's not because you're under high-stakes.
It's because you've fooled yourself into believing that YOU must consume all the knowledge, YOU must develop so many skills, YOU must do everything to level up all areas of your life.
The truth is… you dont.
I hope this gave you a sigh of relief.
The beauty of technology is that it is able to connect us with the best of the best in any domain you could think of.
We can't go through modern-day life alone… We depend on each other..
We need to be in tribes for most of our lives.
So either find your tribe or build one with people you relate to.
