Here is my best shot at the homework for week one. I plan on writing my content for now vs. being on camera..but who knows, maybe that will change in the future..😊

My program helps people become aware of their unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs so that they can better understand themselves, feel more present in their lives, respond to situations instead of reacting, and feel a greater sense of peace within themselves.
The results look like: Being a less reactive person, handling situations from a more calm, centered, and conscious place. Being a person who is at peace with who they are, where they are, and where they’ve come from...
Someone who is at peace stays calm and centered when someone cuts them off in traffic
Someone who is at peace celebrates THEMSELVES when their best friend forgets their birthday
Someone who is at peace doesn’t retaliate when a person insults them, instead they have compassion and understanding
Someone who is at peace doesn’t make a big deal about the dishwasher being loaded the “wrong” way
Someone who is at peace doesn’t fly off the handle when their child comes home with failing grades..instead they empathize with the child and try to understand their experience
Someone who is at peace sets boundaries with ease, like the air they breathe, with anyone who crosses their path
Someone who is at peace doesn’t need validation from their boss or co-workers because they know how to give it to themselves
Someone who is at peace accepts their partner exactly as they are, without the need to change them
Someone who is at peace doesn’t need others to compliment them to feel worthy because they know they already are
