Hey everyone, feeling the blocks and confusion come up already lol
Hey everyone! I'm Bethany and I'm very excited to be here on this journey with all of you!
I wanted to share a little bit about what's coming up for me, as I imagine at least one other person might be feeling the same way lol.
Initially I felt as though I wanted to target the empath niche. It is something I identify with and it has really become a lifestyle to me at this point of my empath journey.
But now as I'm going through week 1, I'm getting so many downloads and ideas about creating courses on different topics like shadow work, ancestral trauma, empaths and narcissists/ codependency, healing love/abundance and manifestation blockages, and probably a million other things that are circling around in my head right now.
I am feeling bit confused and overwhelmed. I know myself enough to know that over complicating things a sneaky self sabotage behavior of mine.
And I do understand that I could essential make a course on each topic that is coming to me, one at a time, and I could just choose what feels best for me to start with at this time.
But yeah, I've always tried to go about my business ideas and sorting through my overwhelm alone.
Which was another reason I decided to join this program...for the community :)
Please let me know if anyone else is feeling overwhelmed with different ideas and not sure what course topic to start with, and any advice on how to navigate this.
