Hi everyone, my name is Aaron Lambert.

I’m a real estate investor focused primarily on co-living and short-term rental strategies. Since entering the real estate space in 2022, I’ve built a small portfolio that includes Airbnbs and co-living homes. My passion lies in creating high-quality, affordable shared living environments that serve both the community and investors alike.

If I had access to $50,000–$100,000 in capital, I would either deploy it strategically into a short-term lending opportunity with a strong return or use it to pay down high-interest debt on one of my existing projects—both of which would amplify my returns and open up new opportunities for scale.
