Continue the Practice
This community is for people who have attended a Frontline Feel Good workshop with John-Paul and want support to keep practising.
Twice a week, you’ll receive a short exercise by email.
Each exercise:
- takes around 15 minutes
- is based on a real challenge from your work
- builds on the approach used in the workshop
- can be done in your own time
Along the way, you’ll be able to:
- share reflections
- get feedback and support from John-Paul
- learn from others doing the same work
You bring your attention.
