Day 1 - End of Day
After this video was recorded I had my son's baseball game till 10pm. As soon as I got home I did not even come in the house straight out for a 1/2 mile run! Last time I ran was at least a year ago. Then since I have a business meeting tomorrow I needed to get things in order and printed out. I should make it to sleep around 1am.
