1/ Food for thought 💭
Tower moments: that gut push to do something you’re avoiding or fear.
Ask yourself:
A) What’s the actual material situation here?
B) Do I really need to DO the thing to learn the lesson?
C) What’s the fallout if I do it?
Example: Someone tells you “don’t jam a metal pin in a live power point.” You get the basics. Why the hell do you need to test it yourself?
We’re drowning in info now. Most lessons are already out there—no personal scar required.
2/ How much money, sex, power do you need to chase before you realise it’s not the stuff… it’s the experience?
Poor and happy exists.
Rich and miserable exists.
Reality? Just perspective.
Duality is real—seen vs unseen, me vs we, family vs world.
Win lotto: family says “keep it in the family.” You want to share with strangers.
Both views valid. Depends whose lens you’re wearing.
Compromise? Split it. But someone will still call that wrong.
Answer: Who gives a shit what others think 🤷♂️
3/ Only truth: stop listening to everyone else and find YOUR truth.
Just remember:
Every action has consequences.
Your intention sets the tone.
•All about ME → you get a lonely “me” life
•All about WE → you get connection
•All about OTHERS over self → you feel empty
Respect yourself AND others. Basic rule.
Every choice costs something: Mind, Body, or Spirit.
Share your mind freely.
Protect your body.
Love your spirit.
Mind = the adventure
Body = the tax
Spirit = the tax collector
