Hi, my name is Parker Chaney!
I (unfortunately) still live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, & I’m the founder of Chivalry Talent & Magnetic Broker, where I help freight brokerages recruit & build magnetic freight agent programs that organically attract top agents & explode their freight agent program & brokerage!
I created this Mastermind because I want to:
- Build a community of thriving agent programs & brokerages.
- Help you stop chasing agents & start magnetically attracting them.
- Share the exact strategies I’ve used to grow freight agent programs & add millions in revenue.
For fun, I enjoy:
- Spending time with my two-year-old son Wilder, my wife, & family on the boat & jet-ski on Lake James
- Watching UFC—I’m a massive fan! I even watched UFC 264 live, where Conor McGregor broke his shin.
- Building magnetic freight agent programs for my clients & watching their programs explode with success.
- Thinking about my work & goals 24/7 LOL
