Every time I was on the job hunt or the "interview loop" as the kids call it. This was me.
And you know what? I would always get hired.
After changing positions three times I measured that it takes 3 months to get hired.

Here's how you can accelerate the process.
- GET ORGANIZED ya jabroni! Create a tracking sheet and a simplified form to track the company, LinkedIn page, and the name of the position they're hiring for.
- Go to LinkedIn and find the hiring managers and department heads for these positions.
- Use Apollo.io to get the personal emails and phone numbers of these people.
- Message them on LinkedIn and send them an email. Tell them you applied and want to check in on the status.
- Call them!!! Tell them you applied and are looking for more information. Act like the interviewer here.
The thing is you need to take action. Stop waiting.
