Course structure update

Hey guys,

I'm doubling down on locking the structure of the course and I think I ended up with something nice.

Some modules have been moved around so they aren't matching their number anymore (will fix it later)

but overall the structure make way more sense.

Here's basically the structure:

decide → set up → know your numbers → get leads → close → deliver → get paid → sustain

let me know your feedback, next one I'll record is going to be Pricing and Quoting ( that is now Module 3)
