Freelancers: how do you keep track of clients, income, and projects without losing your mind?
I’ve been talking with a few freelancers lately and it seems like everyone has their own version of chaos —some use Notion (too complex), others Excel (too basic), and some just rely on memory 😅
I’ve been trying to find (or build) a more visual, lightweight system that actually feels enjoyable to use daily—something that combines client tracking, payments, and tasks in one place.
Curious if anyone here has found a workflow that really sticks? Or are we all still fighting the same “freelance chaos” monster every month-end? 🧾🔥
