Hey guys I'm an STR Realtor under contract on a unique $1.1 million short term rental near the Grand Canyon in Arizona. My lenders are all falling out because they don't think it'll appraise because there is nothing like it for over 20 miles.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
This is both commercial and residential. We'd love a commercial appraisal based on its financial performance.
Must be NO DOC or Asset loan because high net worth investor is retired and cant show income on tax returns.
I'd appreciate any advice or good lender referrals!
