There was a little bit of a recovery overnight from Friday's sell-off; not quite taking back the whole day, but made up for a good portion of it. ES and NQ have both already wicked past OHN, and I don't really see a ONL that is particularly appealing right now. So, I'm going to want to see aggressive price movement in either direction before I decided to take a trade. Bullishly; I'm looking for price to close above Friday's Asian session high then pull back for an entry on a bullish continuation, or dump right at open and tap into the lower 1-hour FVG from Friday afternoon then structure shift back higher for a bullish reversal. On the bearish side; for a reversal move I'd want to see price retake ONL and then structure shift lower. For a bearish continuation I would want to see price close out that Friday afternoon FVG and then retrace back up to around ONL for my entry. My bias is still pretty bearish, considering none of the issues that have been causing all the panic in the markets have been resolved yet. The war, oil and gas, interests rates, AI trade uncertainty; all of it remains a question mark, so even if we get some relief today I do think we're heading lower in the coming weeks and months. I think a significant catalyst for the market to start pushing back higher would be a definitive end to the Iran war. The questions surrounding the AI buildout and who will be the winners and losers will only be revealed with time, so in my mind the war is the hot button at the moment. Anyway, I see that Kyle has just posted his plan so I'm gonna go see what I got wrong 😁. Happy Monday everybody!!
