Hey guys,
I want to share something that genuinely changed the way I look at building faceless YouTube channels.
For a long time, I was thinking like this:
“How do I make this video go viral?”
“How do I get results as fast as possible?”
And every time something didn’t work…it felt like I was doing something wrong.
I’d question everything.
The niche.
The idea.
Even myself.
But some time ago, something clicked for me.
Instead of asking:
“How do I make this work fast?”
I started asking:
“How do I get better at this?”
And that small shift changed everything.
Because now:
I don’t expect every video to perform.
I expect every video to teach me something.
I don’t see low views as failure.
I see them as feedback.
And weirdly…
it takes a lot of pressure off.
I show up more.
I experiment more.
I actually enjoy the process more.
And I think that’s the part most people miss.
They’re trying to win too early…
instead of learning long enough to win.
Curious to hear your thoughts—
Do you approach YouTube more like a game to win fast…
or a skill to build over time?
