Step 1:- Install The Credit Karma App 📲https://www.creditkarma.com/
Step 2:- Open the app and navigate to the accounts tab- Choose the negative item and click on "Dispute Items" 📑
Step 3:- Within the dispute center, refrain from selecting any ownership option- Under Reasons, choose "This account is involved in litigation" ⚖️
Step 4:- In the comment section, enter the following statement: "I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v Gravens (Mo) 281 SW 715 719. I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt in fact exists."
