It was a great process & one that I had never ever done before. Very interesting internal experience.
I would say that it showed me this is a process - a flow that is meant to transform over time.
As a perfectionist I had to be okay with an image - and wait for the next one that really hits home to put up there.
But I started one!
The video will be uploaded to YouTube sometime today. I’m still in the weeds with the arts & crafts of it all and I think Lily has snaffooed a few of my pictures!
