😶 The biggest misunderstanding about staying "consistent"
Here’s the thing you need to know my bro:
Consistency is NOT perfection.
It’s simply refusing to give up.
You WILL mess up. You’ll miss some days because you just feel like shit. You’ll feel like the only thing you want to do is lay in bed and binge watch MrBeast or some shit…
Mannnnn It’s normal to feel this way, we all do from time to time.
What matters most is that you COME BACK on track.
I see wayyyyy too many guys starting strong, but then they get that one little mess up… and it’s like they’re done for life.
Nahhhh bro, that’s not how it works.
Forgive yourself.
Learn from the day you made that mistake.
Show up again tomorrow.
We can’t guarantee we’ll get every single habit done each day…
But we can make sure we never quit. And at the end of the day, that’s all that really matters.
So the next time you feel like quitting…
Remember: You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep going forward.
