What do you do when you feel Overwhelmed?
This week has been extremely overwhelmed for me, dealing with exhaustion, sick child and parent. I have to give myself some gentle reminders to:
  1. Pause, don’t quit. Step back for a moment and rest.
  2. Simplify. I don’t have to do it all at once. Focus on the one thing that matters today.
  3. Reconnect with my “why.” Remember why I started creating as a creator—it wasn’t for perfection, but for connection.
  4. Lastly, I have to give myself compassion and acknowledgment that I'm taking imperfect action is better than none.
I hope everyone have a good reset weekend and don't forget to rest even though we want to continue to get things done.
