Sunday Reset & Preparation
Sundays are sacred for me — not because they’re busy, but because they’re the pause before the week begins.
I’ve noticed when I take a little time on Sunday to reset, my entire week flows with more ease.
Here are a few things I like to do to prepare:
  • Clear one small space in my home (fresh space, fresh mind)
  • Write down my top 3 priorities for the week ahead
  • Prep a meal or snack that will fuel me midweek when I usually run out of steam
  • Do one act of self-care that reminds me I’m worthy of rest and renewal
I don’t always get it “perfect,” but even doing one of these helps me step into Monday with more clarity and confidence.
