My friends works as a YouTube kids food vlog editor in a company. During weekends, he also edits and runs his own kids YouTube channel. He managed both without affecting his work.
But after his boss found out about his personal channel, he started thinking my friend was a traitor and focusing more on his own growth. Now my friend feels really sad and misunderstood.
