That model is gone.
AI does the “doing.”
What’s left is raw creativity and ownership.
👉 Those who develop their creativity will rise, because ownership will demand it.
👉 Those who don’t will remain stuck in limbo, not employees, not owners, just obsolete.
This isn’t a soft transition. It’s a reset.
