Her biggest challenge was to get clarity on what role she wanted, how she could get it and all the stuff that came along with being a mom of a toddler.
We started workin mid November on clarity and until Jan her focus was role clarity and networking. (side note, our Q4 clients get Nov-Dec as free time in the program as its holiday season)
She actually went to final rounds of a role without even applying and once that fell through, we decided to apply. She diligently followed our 30 day job search checklist and did every task with focus and faith.
I am happy to share that last week she signed her first PM offer with very purpose driven organization, she increased her salary by 50% and she doesn't have to move.
She only applied to 30 jobs, give 2 final rounds, spoke to 61 people and got 1 epic offer!
I have shared her example with so many of you 1-1 because I know how hard she works but mostly how smartly she manages it all. No excuses, no pity parties, just a focused approach to execution.
