Something that i really liked about Frank’s teachings when i first met him as a coach was that he is very technical and looks for all the small details that could change everything as a boxer whether it’s foot placement, arm placement or hip rotation. When it comes down to the science of boxing, hit and not get hit, he knows it better than anyone

I've done boxing before and was taught a lot of the same concepts, but I never really understood why we were doing them. I was just going through the motions. Coach Frank changed that. He breaks boxing down in a simple way that actually makes sense, and that makes it so much easier to practice and apply.
