I've been trained by Coach Frank for more than a year and I can say hands down his process and methods are the best on the market. He is a former fighter in boxing and MMA and he also has a comprehensive knowledge and approach of boxing, mechanics, techniques and tactics/strategies which are combat proven. I'm glad I could get the quintessence of his work and experience for this price !Thank you Frank !

Something that i really liked about Frank’s teachings when i first met him as a coach was that he is very technical and looks for all the small details that could change everything as a boxer whether it’s foot placement, arm placement or hip rotation. When it comes down to the science of boxing, hit and not get hit, he knows it better than anyone
