Daily Declaration of Rest
Today, I rest in God’s presence. I release stress, hurry, and worry, and I receive peace for my mind, strength for my body, and renewal for my spirit. I declare that rest is holy, rest is healing, and rest is mine through Christ. I will move with calmness, live with balance, and walk in God’s perfect rhythm of grace.
