I’ve been quietly building something behind the scenes — and it’s finally ready to share.
There is now a new classroom inside Skool called The Nervous System Bridge.
This is a fully organized, structured deep dive into nervous system regulation, survival patterns, vagal tone, embodiment, dysautonomia, resourcing, and how all of it connects to spiritual integration.
I’ve collected and refined the material (with the help of AI to organize and streamline it), and brought it into one cohesive framework.
This class is about one core idea:
Your nervous system is the bridge between survival and freedom.
When it feels safe, you can know yourself in a grounded and expansive way.
For the remainder of February, I am opening this classroom to everyone.
