I’ve updated the meditation file inside Seeking the Spiritual → Awareness Tools.
It isn’t quite “there” yet, but the body of the teaching is in place if you feel called to explore it.
My intention with this update was to highlight a more purposeful approach to meditation — one that supports awareness and presence rather than using meditation as a form of escape.
Right now, I’m still working to articulate the nuance of what I’m trying to convey. AI isn’t quite capturing what’s in my head and heart yet, so I’m leaving it here for the moment and will revisit it with fresh clarity later.
