Sera V.2 Preview
Hey everyone, thank you first and foremost to anybody that has given me feedback thus far. We have about 15, approaching 20, people that are using the local version of Sera in their Claude Code right now. Many people have gotten through full discovery and are using it in their day-to-day life. I wanted to give an upgrade to that experience so that way you're not having to live in Claude Co-Work. I built Sera so a founder never has to choose between building the company and building the audience. Here's every room in the product and what it does for you. 🐙Dashboard. Your whole operation on one screen. See what shipped, what is waiting on you, and where your reach is trending without opening five tabs. 🐙Interview. A 5 to 10 minute weekly conversation, by voice or text. Sera asks, you talk, and the week's content comes out the other side in your actual voice. 🐙Review. Every draft lands here with a receipt that proves it was checked against your voice and your facts. Approve the clean ones, send notes on the rest, and nothing publishes without you. 🐙Composer. Edit posts inside pixel-faithful LinkedIn and X previews, so what you see is exactly what your audience sees. Tweak the hook, swap a line, schedule it. 🐙Studio. Generate images and video, record from your webcam with a built-in teleprompter, and auto-cut long footage into shorts. Your whole visual layer without leaving the app. 🐙Newsroom. Sera scans the news your buyers actually read, every morning. React with a take and it spins into a post in seconds. 🐙Competitors. Track the people you get compared to, side by side. See who is gaining, where the white space is, and get a battle card that turns it into content. 🐙Content. Your raw material bank of real metrics, customer quotes, and hard-won beliefs. Sera pulls from here so every post uses your specifics, never invented ones. 🐙Assets. Every image and video you have made or uploaded, in one library. Reuse them across posts without digging through folders.

Earn with Dipity!
We have a fantastic referral engine and our community is priced to make each referral actually matter in your bank account. Everyone I have invited so far has free lifetime access, I will stop those kinds of invites around 50 members. In order to grow fast, get more feedback, and expand our network (beneficial for all of us) I have set up a 40% referral reward. This is a monthly recurring reward, it stacks, and can lead to a significant income stream. $197 monthly cost of new members x 40% referral reward = $78.80 per month in your pocket. As we grow, I will be sharing how I build Sera from scratch, writing methodologies, product marketing frameworks, and much more. We are just ramping up now.

The data isn’t subtle anymore.
37x. That’s the gap between “posting content” and building an engine. According to the Content Marketing Institute’s 2024 global study: 📊 Companies with documented content roadmaps perform 37x better than those without. Not 37%. Thirty-seven times better ❗ That’s not a marketing stat — that’s a business model difference. Let me break that down: ✨ 74% of top performers say their content strategy actually works. ✨Only 2% of underperformers can say the same. ✨61% of leaders have scalable content systems vs. 17% of laggards. ✨84% of leaders measure ROI effectively vs. 15% of laggards. ✨89% of leaders generate pipeline through content vs. 49% of the rest. The conclusion? 👉 A roadmap doesn’t just improve performance — it creates an entirely different company. 👈 Reactive marketers make noise. Strategic marketers build pipelines. Here’s what most startups get wrong: - They treat content like a creative experiment instead of a growth system. - They confuse activity with strategy. - They chase traffic instead of building authority. - They “try a few posts” instead of engineering consistency that compounds. And that’s why 78% of B2B teams still underperform — not because their content is bad, but because their strategy doesn’t exist. Now contrast that with companies that plan quarterly: ✅ Every topic is mapped to revenue outcomes ✅ Every asset has a documented goal, metric, and owner ✅ Every week compounds into predictable pipeline That’s not luck. That’s architecture. If you’re still operating ad-hoc, you’re not just behind — you’re invisible. The top 22% of marketers already know this. They’re not “doing more.” They’re just doing it intentionally.
