Formula Careers Network has been genuinely valuable. Coming into Motorsport with 20 years of fina experience, I’ve found the discussions especially useful for understanding how to translate existing skills into the industry. The community is practical, supportive and refreshingly honest, with great advice on networking, applications and career direction. It already feels like a real professional network. Highly recommended! 🏁

I only recently joined the Formula Careers Network, but I’ve already had such a positive experience! Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and I’ve already received helpful advice about pursuing a career in F1 and motorsport. I even found a Pirelli internship through the network that I ended up applying for! It’s been so valuable having a community to learn from, discover opportunities, and connect with others in the industry.
