Days I ask myself: what's the point of all this?
After work, after everything, zero energy — the barbell is the last thing I want.
But I go anyway. And I do the work.
Not because I've got superhuman motivation. That's still under the blanket.
I go because I stopped waiting to feel like it. The decision was made earlier.
And I've never once come back regretting that I went. Not once.
It's not about having a great day. It's about not stopping on the bad one.
Also — the weights look at me like Angelina Jolie. You don't ignore that 😉
Bad days happen. You go anyway. (Also the dumbbells have a crush on me 😉).
What gets you to train when you really don't want to?
