Fatherhood is Leadership
My years as a parent, and educator, school administrator, and business leader have taught me that the most important leadership role we ever take on is that of parent. The rewards come early, the fade as our children grow, develop, and learn. They return with a renewed excitement when our children become parents. That is, if we parent with love, kindness, guidance, and logic as we go through the seasons of our lives and our children’s lives. I want to pass on what I’ve learned and help other fathers become the dads we all hoped to be.
