Hi, it was the craziest December- told on my bd of an unexpected death of a dear friend, Michelle having breathing & heart rate probs, along with catheter not placed properly, had a resonance scan & told I have 65% heart blockage, liver & gall bladder incased by fat….my sis-in-law visiting driving her new truck & getting hit , totally out the truck, her son in the ER, all this on Christmas Eve…..so I really need ur Food Freedom 4ever!
