Happy Mothersday
Happy Mother's Day, beautiful Ladies. 🌸
I want to say something to you today that I think you might need to hear.
You are not just a mom.
You are a woman. A whole, complex, layered, purposeful woman — who also happens to love someone so deeply it changes everything about how you see the world. And somewhere along the way — in the feeding schedules and the school runs and the financial pressure and the trying to hold it all together — that woman got a little bit lost. Not gone. Never gone. Just buried under everything else.
That is exactly why Follow Through exists.
That is exactly why The Reclaimed Woman Journey exists.
Because the most powerful thing a mother can do for her children is not sacrifice herself completely.
It is to show them what it looks like to reclaim herself. To show her daughter what a confident woman looks like. To show her son what a woman who knows her worth looks like. To show her children — of any age — that it is never too late to build something beautiful. To heal. To grow. To begin again.
You building your online income? That's not selfish. That is your children watching their mother choose herself — and choose them — at the same time.
You doing the inner work? That is generational healing. That is breaking cycles that were never meant to be yours to carry.
So today, on Mother's Day, I want to honour every woman in this community. The ones celebrating today with full hearts. The ones for whom today is tender and complicated. The ones who are in the middle of their reclaiming — not yet where they want to be but further than they were. All of you. Every single one.
You showed up here. You are still growing. You are still going. That is the greatest gift you could ever give yourself — and everyone who loves you.
