the thought slipped into my little noggin yesterday....a thought......pretty cool, first time for everything!
I posted on the main group alluding to it. Nutrition. Do we pay enough attention to what we fuel our body with? I have always eaten pretty healthy and when I got into my late 20s and got past cfs for every meal; I was eating very healthy.
Anyone else interested in the idea? I'm not sure what it should look like, but just weighing it for process
