Every piece of art I create carries a specific type of momentum — resonance, illumination, acceleration, grounding, equilibrium. Each module walks you through one piece: what its momentum looks like in real life, the exact gratitude practice that goes with it, and a week to actually live with it.
This isn't think-it-into-existence. It's a loop: you notice, you meet it with gratitude, that builds momentum — and the momentum reshapes what you're able to notice next.
