"Not Behind, Just Wired Different"
Some of you struggled in a classroom your whole life — not because you're not smart, because you learn with your hands, not a whiteboard. Nobody ever told you that's not a flaw. It's just a different wiring. The guys who build things with their hands for a living learned the same way you do. You're not behind. You just needed a different room.
