Hey all!
If you’re a real house flipper, you know this business requires you to be good at lots of things, all at once!
You have to find, evaluate, and buy good deals.
You have to get them funded for purchase and repairs.
You have to get them remodeled, on a budget, on time… and who does the work!!??
Then you have to get it sold, for top dollar. That means more marketing, understanding the market, and negotiating with buyers and their agents.
And you have to do all of this while still running your family, relationships, health and spiritual life as well…
😮💨 Easy work!! 🤣🤣
What I want to know is, what part of this business do you find the most challenging??
I’m starting broad… which area is giving you the most struggle and/or stress??
Will you answer below??
