My 1st Deal 💰
It all started on a cool winter afternoon in Yuma, AZ 😂🌵. I had just learned about wholesaling a week or two before, so I went out driving for dollars 🚗💨. After about 30 minutes I had a short list of 20 properties, went back to my office, and started calling owners.
On my 10th call 📞 I landed an appointment that same day. The seller was on a fixed income — his roof was shot, and he hadn’t had a warm bath in over a year because his water heater went out. He couldn’t afford a replacement, but the house was paid off.
I helped him find a new apartment 🏘️, even paid out of pocket to get him moved, and 30 days later I closed my very first deal… made $10k 💰 and my life was changed forever.
Since then, I’ve wholesaled dozens of deals, flipped houses 🔨, and built a rental portfolio. Now I’m here to help others do the same.
