I have lived in Ontario Canada my whole life and i have been very passionate about fitness since the early age of 13.
Here are the top things I want to see from this community.
- I want to learn from other like minded individuals who struggle to find time for the gym and fitness.
- I want to learn beginner to advanced advice on how I can get in great shape without sacrificing my job.
- I want to learn the most affordable ways to lose weight and gain muscle when it comes to diet and training.
For fun i like to:
Play sports. I'm a huge sports fan. I'm a ice hockey goalie in the winter and i love playing baseball in the summer.
I love to be active. I love water sports, fishing, car shows, concerts and being out in nature.
If it isn't obvious already haha, i also love the gym and fitness.
I also love spending time with friends and loved ones.
