Day 3 is here Fit Mums, part of your kickstarter programme that will push you forward on your weight loss and muscle building goal - is to increase your output (steps and home resistance workouts) and decrease your input (processed foods and over eating on calorific ingredients).
Part of todays tasks is to give the rebuild home workout a blast, once you have done you can update your health check sheet with a score on how you feel you performed. 📊
If you haven't done so yet, join the steps accumulator leaderboard that will help motivate you to up your steps - you should be aiming for 8k steps daily as a non negotiable to yourself.
