It’s Workout Wednesday, Fit for the Magic fam! 🌟Today’s challenge is beginner-friendly, Disney-inspired, and 100% doable wherever you are—no equipment needed.
Your “Move Like a Hero” Mini Workout:
  • 🏰 10 Marching in Place (think “parade down Main Street”)
  • 🐭 10 Bodyweight Squats (sit and stand like you’re hopping on a ride)
  • 🐉 10 Push-Ups (channel your inner warrior training moment modify if needed)
  • 🌠 20-Second March or Light Jog in Place (like you’re racing to your favorite attraction)
Repeat this little circuit 2–3 times if you can, or just do one round to get started. Every bit of movement counts. 💪✨
