We always say, “facts tell, but stories sell.” In this week’s training, Leo dug into why storytelling works so powerfully in our industry: it makes conversations relatable, builds trust, and helps clients feel the value of what we do.
Think about it, would you be more moved by hearing about a “critical illness payout” in numbers, or by hearing how a client used that payout to protect their family, or even buy a car that changed their daily life? Stories stick.
