Hand Cramping
The other night, I was vegging out in front of the TV with my guitar in hand, thinking, “Hey, why not annoy my family with some fingerstyle?” Lucky for me my electric guitar isn’t loud enough to trigger an evacuation. Anyway...thumb on strings 5 and 6, index on 4, middle on 3, and ring finger on 2. Everything was going great… until my picking hand decided to cramp like a clown in a tiny car. }
Does this happen to everyone? Should maybe do more finger stretching? Let me know!
