IRS Finally Answered My Request

A few months back I wrote to the IRS requesting a business name change so I could keep my EIN. Well, I received a letter from the IRS stating they changed my business name on my old EIN, except they put an LLC on the end of my business name. I didn't set up that business entity nor did I put it on the end of the business name when I requested the name change. So does this mean my business is an LLC or do I need to go through that process of setting it up? Does anyone have any idea about this?
