Hand Cleaning Prior to Ink Fingerprinting

My understanding is that alcohol

containing cleaning solutions can dry out the ridges of the finger pads.

For Mobile Ink Fingerprinting, what do you offer to the customer for hand cleaning prior to rolling their prints?

If available, have them wash hands with soap and water?

Is there a brand of disposable wipe that does not contain alcohol that works well?
