Fulcrum-- Process SF-87

I have a customer coming in for a government job requiring fingerprints to be processed on the SF-87 fingerprint card. I have never processed this request before. Does anyone know if I need to have my printer readjusted etc.? (I am also having a hard time locating SF-87 cards to have shipped to me. The ones I found on Amazon are $38+ and it states they can not be shipped to my location?)
