REALLY consider giving this man’s guide a shot, it is very detailed and for only 7 euros it is VERY cheap, i’ve payed trainera for months for almost 10 times the price and never got something as good as this, and its not only about the price, theres literally anything you need as a fighter to grow, improve and stabilize, this is the closest thing to perfection i have found and only after 1 day i already feel at home. I suggest subscribing because Mario really knows what he is doing!

Hey Mario, the academy has been really helpful man. I’ve learned a lot about nutrition, how to manage my weight cut properly and how to structure my strength and conditioning training. The Fight Academy is a great place to improve as a fighter. Mario always wants to help and will even review your fights and analyse your mistake and help you level up as a fighter. He also has some great content like striking drills, S&C. For me personally Fight Academy helped my understand my mistakes better and has helped me improve overall in MMA.
