It’s nearly warm in Somerset 🤔
So it’s late spring and still cold but it’s getting time to get things out as they are getting pot bound
Our Electro Culture bed which installed is coming together really fast with amazing energy in the ground
This bed was solid clay so loads of manure woodchip dolomite and basalt in to bring the life back
Now the mycelium is starting to rebuild and we can now add a good bokashi compost I’m expecting real growth and development
I’m on a mission to produce enough food on site this year to feed 30 people a week starting July 1st and to build it upwardly from there as fast as possible
I think strange times for food are coming 🙏🙏
